dc-cl - double crochet cluster (dc tog in 1 st/place)
picot - ch 3, slst into front loop and vertical loop of last st
Pattern :
Rnd 1 : {color A} in magic ring, make 8 sc, slst in first sc. Fasten off. [8 sc]
Rnd 2 : {attach color B with a slst in any sc} ch 2 + 2-dc-cl in same place (count as 3-dc-cl), ch 2, *3-dc-cl + ch 2 in next st* repeat from * 7 times, slst in first 3-dc-cluster. Fasten off. [8 3-dc-cl, 8 ch-2 sp]
